1. Perishable items, such as meat and food items
Since our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after meat, beef, or other food items have been dispatched. If there is an issue with your order, nevertheless, we provide the following fixes:

Spoiled or damaged goods: Within 24 hours of delivery, please notify us at carolinacattlecompany1@gmail.com if your goods are ruined or damaged. We will review the issue and, depending on the situation, may provide a replacement product or store credit.

Option for shop Credit: We may offer shop credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases.
